There is a particular ease to summer, the kind that arrives without announcement, like petals drifting on a warm breeze. This scarf holds that feeling, delicately scattered floral motifs drawn by hand across the fabric, each bloom placed with the effortless grace of something that simply landed there and stayed.
Each motif is drawn directly onto 100% satin-weave cotton using the traditional batik technique, hot wax applied before the dye settles around it in soft, airy colour. Light and breathable, the scarf moves with you, its subtle sheen shifting with the light as it drapes. A companion to Summer Waltz, offering a fresh contrast while sharing the same spirit of slow-crafted elegance.
Wear it as a headscarf, neck wrap, shoulder throw or scarf top. Pair it with the optional Furo wooden handle and it becomes a bag. Five ways to wear one piece of wearable art.
No two scarves are ever identical. Each one is individually hand-drawn, waxed and dyed by the artist, meaning natural variations in colour and line are part of the piece, not a flaw in it.
