At the end of the day, when the light turns amber and the sea goes quiet, coral formations glow with a warmth that belongs to that hour alone. This scarf captures that moment, soothing shades of ocean blue and sun-warmed orange flowing across the fabric like reefs catching the last golden rays before dusk settles.
Each coral form is drawn directly onto 100% satin-weave cotton using the traditional batik technique, hot wax resisting the dye to build depth and luminosity layer by layer. The satin weave carries a subtle sheen that makes the warm and cool tones shift as the scarf moves, giving it a presence that photographs cannot fully capture.
Wear it as a headscarf, neck wrap, shoulder throw or scarf top. Pair it with the optional Furo wooden handle and it becomes a bag. Five ways to wear one piece of wearable art.
No two scarves are ever identical. Each one is individually hand-drawn, waxed and dyed by the artist, meaning natural variations in colour and line are part of the piece, not a flaw in it.
